we discussed protection in the last post, but did not get anywhere close to covering it. the resources in that post are a starting point for you to build your own practice. all of the tools in this kit need to be Worked, meaning you need to go back to them every day. don’t be afraid to edit or switch it up as needed. for example, you might start with a protective method at the beginning of the day and find you need to “re-up” your protection a couple times a day by reminding yourself that you are protected. you may need to ask for protection going into a meeting, while traveling, or ahead of an event.

when i refer to a manifesto moving forward, i basically mean your tool for self-knowledge, whatever you use to remind yourself of who you are every day. this self knowledge is your primary source of guidance. it is both cleansing (as discussed below) and protective.

do not worry if you feel like you don’t know yourself, or if you feel bad for neglecting your own needs and desires. remember that the Universe is working for you. you can just decide that however you got to this place in your life is part of the journey, and decree that this includes where you feel like you could have done better. you can decide that your struggles were necessary detours to get you back on the right track; they are going to make you richer, more powerful, hotter, whatever you want. similarly, you can decide: now that i’ve learned more about who i am and what i want, i am back in alignment with what is really important. if it feels a little “wobbly” to think in these ways, decide that the wobble is good because it means you’re doing something new and breaking old habits. you see? everything that happens really is for your good.

here’s a summary of the toolkit:

1. PROTECTION. corporations protect themselves, you need to protect yourself. here we’re talking about secrecy, boundaries, and charming an item.

2. CLEANSING. any corporate culture lack scarcity mindset shit must be cleansed out of your thinking. you cannot cleanse without protection and you cannot protect without cleansing, so these first two posts go together.

3. GROUNDING. as someone diagnosed with PTSD from childhood trauma, this one required the help of a therapist because it is and was painful.

4. SUPPORT. grounding pt 2. loneliness, isolation, when it feels like you have no one.

5. REBUKE IT. protection and cleansing pt 2. how to create and keep a spirit of rebuke when you need it

6. PRAYER. protection and cleansing pt 3. corporate culture as constant, communal prayer.
