Might as well start with right now. Or the last week. The most important thing I want to tell you about is this group therapy program I’m in. It’s for adults who identify as women and who have experienced childhood trauma.

Did you know about the concept of a ‘window of tolerance’?

I can feel the thing around my creativity, it’s like one of those volcanoes 80s kids made for high school science projects; either in real life or witnessed on some after-school show.
